DevOps Engineer

Job Description:
As a DevOps Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in automating, optimizing, and scaling Talonic’s infrastructure. Collaborate with our developers, data scientists, and product teams to ensure smooth deployment pipelines and maintain the reliability of our AI-driven solutions. This position is ideal for someone passionate about continuous integration, delivery, and cutting-edge technologies in cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient delivery.
- Manage cloud-based infrastructure and ensure its scalability, security, and performance.
- Collaborate with developers to automate workflows and improve deployment processes.
- Monitor and troubleshoot production systems, ensuring high availability and reliability.
- Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or similar.
- Optimize system performance and manage costs in cloud environments.
- Maintain and improve security protocols for data and infrastructure.
- Stay updated with the latest DevOps practices and tools to improve our processes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.
- Expertise in CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI).
- Proficient with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or similar.
- Solid scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash).
- Familiarity with configuration management tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
- Understanding of networking, security, and system architecture.
- Fluent in English; German is a strong plus.
