Questions about Commercial Bid and Tender Extractor.

What does the bid and tender extractor read?

The bidder name with its contact email and phone, the buyer (procuring entity) with its contact, the scope of work, the submission deadline, the total amount and currency, the tax amount, and the bid validity period.

Are the priced items itemized?

Yes. The line items table returns each item or work package with its line number, description, quantity, unit of measure, unit price, and line total, so a multi-item bid comes back as rows you can compare across tenders.

Does it break out the cost structure?

The pricing breakdown table returns each cost category (materials, labor, overhead, contingency) with its amount and percentage of the total bid, so the make-up of the price is visible without re-reading the proposal.

How are delivery milestones and compliance captured?

The delivery schedule table returns each milestone with its description, delivery date, and payment amount, and the certifications and compliance list, the supplier tax ID, and the IBAN and BIC come back alongside the delivery location and payment terms.

What are the file limits and privacy terms?

PDF only, up to 10MB and 100 pages. The bid is processed via the Talonic API for extraction, is not retained for training, and is not shared.

Doing this to one file, or to ten thousand?

The tool reads a single document. The platform reads the whole estate once and keeps it queryable — the same engine, with a memory.

See document data extraction if you run this for legal and commercial teams, or the extraction API if you are building it in.
