Questions about Policy Renewal Extractor.

What does the policy renewal extractor read?

The notice number and date, the policy number, the policy effective and expiration dates, the renewal effective and renewal expiration dates, the named insured name and address, the insurer name and NAIC number, the producer name and contact, and the coverage type being renewed.

Does it capture the premium change on renewal?

Yes. The previous premium, the renewal premium, and the premium change (as a dollar amount or a percentage) come back as fields, alongside the deductible, the payment due date, and the renewal status (offered, accepted, declined, pending, or active).

Are the coverage lines returned as a table?

The coverage lines table returns each line with its coverage type, policy number, effective and expiration dates, renewal effective and expiration dates, occurrence and aggregate limits, deductible, previous and renewal premium, premium change, and renewal status; an insurer list and an endorsements table (number, date, type, description) also come back.

Which coverage limits and forms does it follow?

The each-occurrence limit, general aggregate limit, products and completed-operations aggregate, and personal and advertising injury limit are read as fields, and the field labels follow ACORD form conventions, so the certificate holder, the additional-insured and waiver-of-subrogation flags, and the description of operations all map to the same fields.

What are the file limits and privacy terms?

PDF only, up to 10MB and 100 pages. The renewal notice is processed via the Talonic API for extraction, is not retained for training, and is not shared.

Doing this to one file, or to ten thousand?

The tool reads a single document. The platform reads the whole estate once and keeps it queryable — the same engine, with a memory.

See document data extraction if you run this for underwriting and claims teams, or the extraction API if you are building it in.
