A subrogation notice is the demand an insurer sends to recover a paid claim from the party at fault. The extractor reads the notice number and date, the policy number, the named insured name and address, the insurer name and NAIC number, the original claim number, the loss date and description, and the total recovery amount with its currency.
The claimant name and contact (the party asserting the subrogation right), the defendant or liable third party name and contact, the handling attorney name and contact, and the producer (agency or broker) name and contact each come back as their own fields.
Yes. The recovery items table returns each item with its description, amount, category, quantity, and unit price, and a claim details table returns each related claim reference with its status, amount claimed, amount approved, and date claimed, so a demand covering several items reconciles from the rows.
The coverage type, the each-occurrence limit, and the general aggregate limit come back as fields, alongside the claim status (pending, approved, denied, or resolved), the response or payment due date, the policy effective and expiration dates, whether subrogation was waived, and the governing law.
PDF only, up to 10MB and 100 pages. The notice is processed via the Talonic API for extraction, is not retained for training, and is not shared.
The tool reads a single document. The platform reads the whole estate once and keeps it queryable — the same engine, with a memory.
See document data extraction if you run this for underwriting and claims teams, or the extraction API if you are building it in.
