A load tender is the shipper’s offer of a load to a carrier. It reads the tender or load number and date, the shipper, consignee, notify party, and carrier with their addresses, the requested pickup and delivery dates, and the routing: place of receipt, ports of loading and discharge, and place of delivery.
The cargo description, the marks and numbers, the number and kind of packages, the package type, the HS commodity code, the total weight and total volume, the incoterms, the currency, the freight and charges with their prepaid or collect terms, the total amount, and any special instructions.
Yes. A line items table returns each line with its line number, cargo description, number of packages, gross mass, measurement, commodity code, and marks and numbers, and a charges table returns each charge type, amount, currency, basis, and prepaid or collect terms.
A load tender is the shipper’s OFFER of a load to a carrier, before acceptance. A rate confirmation is the carrier’s confirmed rate and acceptance of that load, and a bill of lading is issued when the goods are picked up and serves as the receipt and contract of carriage. For those, use the rate confirmation extractor or the bill of lading extractor.
PDF only, up to 10MB and 100 pages. The load tender is processed via the Talonic API for extraction, is not retained for training, and is not shared.
The tool reads a single document. The platform reads the whole estate once and keeps it queryable — the same engine, with a memory.
See document data extraction if you run this for freight and customs teams, or the extraction API if you are building it in.
