The shipper and consignee with their addresses and phone numbers, the notify party, and the carrier, plus the route: place of receipt, port of loading, port of discharge, place of delivery, the vessel name and voyage number, and the expected delivery date.
Yes. The line items table returns each cargo line with its description, marks and numbers, number and type of packages, gross mass, measurement, and commodity code, and the containers table returns each container number, container type, seal number, package count, and gross mass.
The total weight and weight unit, the measurement (volume in cubic metres), the total packages and package type come back as fields, and a packages table lists each package with its tracking number, type, weight, and marking.
The freight and charges field records the amount and its prepaid or collect terms, and the charges table breaks the bill down by charge type, amount, currency, and payment terms, alongside the booking reference and the currency.
PDF only, up to 10MB and 100 pages. The manifest is processed via the Talonic API for extraction, is not retained for training, and is not shared.
The tool reads a single document. The platform reads the whole estate once and keeps it queryable — the same engine, with a memory.
See document data extraction if you run this for freight and customs teams, or the extraction API if you are building it in.
