The filing document number and date, the reporting entity legal name, its EIN or national tax ID, its business address, jurisdiction, and country, the filing type and filing status (enums), the certification date, and the certifying officer name and title.
The beneficial owners table returns each owner full name, date of birth, address, country, identification type and number, ownership percentage, ownership interest type, whether they have authority to control, and their status; and a beneficial ownership interests table returns the name, percentage, interest type, and control authority per owner.
