Questions about Employment Contract Extractor.

What does the employment contract extractor capture?

The candidate name and contact details, the employer and employer address, job title, job description, employment type, work location, and the reporting manager, so the core of an offer or contract is data on the first pass.

How is compensation returned?

Salary, currency, pay frequency, and bonus structure are read as fields, and the compensation details table returns the salary amount, currency, pay frequency, bonus amount, and the date it takes effect.

Which clauses are extracted?

The termination clause, confidentiality agreement, intellectual property clause, non-compete clause, governing law, trial period, and remote work policy each map to their own field, alongside working hours and vacation days.

Does it list benefits and responsibilities?

Yes. The benefits table returns each benefit type and name with the employer and employee contributions and coverage details, and the job responsibilities table returns each responsibility area, key duties, reporting line, and performance indicators.

What file types work and is the contract kept?

PDF only, up to 10MB and 100 pages. The contract is processed via the Talonic API for extraction only and is not retained for training or shared.

Doing this to one file, or to ten thousand?

The tool reads a single document. The platform reads the whole estate once and keeps it queryable — the same engine, with a memory.

See document data extraction if you run this for people and payroll teams, or the extraction API if you are building it in.
