The document number and date, the review period start and end, the employee name, ID, position, department, and email, the employer name, the reviewer name, position, and ID, the review type (annual, mid-year, probationary, or 360-degree), and the overall rating for the period.
Yes. The summary comments, goals achieved, areas for improvement, strengths identified, development plan, attendance record, and the employee feedback each come back as their own fields. The tool reports these as written and does not score or judge them.
The competency ratings table returns each competency with its rating and comments, the goals and objectives table returns each goal with its target date, achievement status, and notes, and a development objectives table returns each development area, learning activity, target completion date, and priority.
Whether a promotion is recommended and whether a salary adjustment is recommended come back as booleans, alongside the performance rating, the employment status (full-time, part-time, or contract), the next review date, and the date the employee acknowledged the review.
The review is processed via the Talonic API for extraction only, is not retained for training, and is not shared. PDF only, up to 10MB and 100 pages.
