Yes. The line items return as a structured table with one row per billed line and named columns for the fields on each line — the description, quantity, unit price or rate, and line amount — so they export as CSV rows rather than one text blob. This works for both simple product invoices and wider multi-column freight invoices.
The scalar fields export as a key and value section, the line items export as one CSV row per line with a column for each field read from the line, and the totals block exports as label and value rows. You can also download XLSX or JSON.
Yes. Field synonyms cover German, Spanish, French, and Italian labels such as Rechnungsnummer, Gesamtbetrag, IVA, and TVA, and the values highlight against EU number and date formats like 1.247,50 and 24.06.2026 as well as US formats.
PDF only, up to 10MB and 100 pages. The invoice is processed via the Talonic API for extraction only, is not retained for training, and is not shared.
The tool reads a single document. The platform reads the whole estate once and keeps it queryable — the same engine, with a memory.
See invoice data extraction if you run this for finance and AP teams, or the extraction API if you are building it in.
