Questions about Meeting Minutes Extractor.

Can it pull the action items out of the minutes?

Yes, that is the main output. The action items table returns one row per task with its description, who it is assigned to, the due date, and the status, so follow-ups become a list you can track instead of prose buried in the notes.

Does it record who attended?

The attendees table lists each name, role, and department, and a separate absent attendees table records who was missing and the stated reason.

Are agenda items and decisions separated?

Yes. The agenda items table returns a sequence, topic, and presenter for each item, and the decisions table returns each decision in sequence with its description and the participants involved.

What header details come back?

The subject, meeting date, time, and location, the organizer name and department, who prepared the minutes, the signatory, and the next meeting date, plus a short body summary of the discussion.

What are the limits and where does the file go?

PDF only, up to 10MB and 100 pages. The document is processed via the Talonic API for extraction and is not retained for training or shared.

Doing this to one file, or to ten thousand?

The tool reads a single document. The platform reads the whole estate once and keeps it queryable — the same engine, with a memory.

See PDF to Markdown if you run this for data and platform teams, or the extraction API if you are building it in.
