The document number, date, and title, the principal name and address, the principal identification type (enum), number, and expiry date, the notarization location, the document purpose, and the page count.

The notary public name, license (commission) number, jurisdiction, and commission expiration date, the notary office address, and the notary contact phone and email each come back as fields, alongside the notary statement of fact.

Does it capture the notarization flags?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Whether the acknowledgment statement is present, whether a signature is present, whether the notary seal is present, whether witnesses were present, and whether consideration was received each come back as booleans, alongside the number of signers and the principal relationship to the notary (enum).

Are the signers and witnesses returned as tables?

Accepted Answer

The signers table returns each signer name, whether a signature is present, and the signature date; the witnesses table returns each witness name, address, and signature presence; and an attachments table returns each attachment title, page count, and type.
