The maker (the party obligated to pay) and the payee (the party entitled to payment), each with a name, address, and tax ID, the principal amount and currency, the interest rate and interest type, and the document, effective, and maturity dates.
Yes. When the note is paid in installments, the payment schedule table returns one row per installment with its number, due date, principal amount, interest amount, and the total due, so the repayment profile stays intact.
The collateral description securing the note, the governing law, the stated purpose, the payment terms and payment location, and the witness or notary name and address are each read as their own field, alongside the total amount due at maturity.
The payee IBAN and BIC for wire transfers, the payment location or instructions, and the maker signature date, so a note can be actioned and filed from the data.
PDF only, up to 10MB and 100 pages. The note is processed via the Talonic API for extraction, is not retained for training, and is not shared.
