Questions about Rent Roll Extractor.

What does the rent roll extractor read?

The rent roll number and as-of date, the property name and address, the total unit count, the property type, the landlord (owner) name, the total occupancy rate, and the total annual rental revenue across all units in the stated currency.

Is the per-unit detail returned as a table?

Yes. The units table returns one row per unit with its number, tenant name, lease commencement and expiration dates, monthly and annual base rent, rentable area, rent per square foot, occupancy status, lease type, operating expenses, security deposit, and contact information.

Can it summarize occupancy and gross rent for a property?

The total occupancy rate and total annual revenue come back as property-level fields, and because each unit row carries its own base rent and area, the gross potential rent and vacancy can be summed straight from the rows without re-keying.

Does it read a stepped rent schedule?

When the roll includes one, the rent schedule table returns each period with its start and end date, monthly and annual base rent, and escalation percentage, so scheduled increases are captured alongside current rent.

What are the file limits and privacy terms?

PDF only, up to 10MB and 100 pages. The rent roll is processed via the Talonic API for extraction, is not retained for training, and is not shared.

Doing this to one file, or to ten thousand?

The tool reads a single document. The platform reads the whole estate once and keeps it queryable — the same engine, with a memory.

See PDF to Markdown if you run this for data and platform teams, or the extraction API if you are building it in.
