Questions about Residential Lease Extractor.

What does the residential lease extractor read?

The lease number and date, the landlord and tenant names with their addresses, the rented premises address, the property type, the lease commencement and expiration dates, and the lease term and lease type (fixed-term, periodic, or month-to-month).

Which rent and deposit fields come out?

The base rent and currency, the security deposit, the late fee amount, the operating expenses passed to the tenant, and the payment terms covering frequency, due date, and method are each read as fields.

Does it capture the occupancy and amenity terms?

Yes. Whether pets are allowed, whether parking is included, whether the unit is furnished, the rentable area, the maximum permitted occupants, the utilities included in rent (as a list), the renewal term, the notice period, and the governing law all come back.

Are additional occupants and charges returned as tables?

An additional-occupants table returns each co-tenant name, relationship, and move-in date; a charges table returns each charge type, amount, frequency, and description; a rent schedule and a prohibited-items table (category, description, severity) also come back.

What are the file limits and privacy terms?

PDF only, up to 10MB and 100 pages. The lease is processed via the Talonic API for extraction only, is not retained for training, and is not shared.

Doing this to one file, or to ten thousand?

The tool reads a single document. The platform reads the whole estate once and keeps it queryable — the same engine, with a memory.

See PDF to Markdown if you run this for data and platform teams, or the extraction API if you are building it in.
