Questions about RFP Extractor.

What does the RFP extractor read from the document?

The RFP number and date, the submission deadline date, the buyer name with contact person, contact email, and address, and the project title, project description, and budget amount that frame the opportunity.

Are deliverables and key dates captured?

Yes. The deliverables table returns each deliverable ID, name, description, acceptance criteria, and due date, and the key dates table returns each event name, date, time, and location across the procurement timeline.

How are the requirements and scoring handled?

Evaluation criteria, required qualifications, submission requirements, terms and conditions, and performance metrics are each read as their own field, and the evaluation committee table lists each member name, role, department, and contact email.

Does it read the scope line items and contract shape?

The line items table returns item description, quantity, unit of measure, unit price, line total, and delivery date, alongside contract type, contract duration, effective and expiration dates, incoterms, governing law, and payment terms.

What are the limits and where does the file go?

PDF only, up to 10MB and 100 pages. The RFP is processed via the Talonic API for extraction, is not retained for training, and is not shared.

Doing this to one file, or to ten thousand?

The tool reads a single document. The platform reads the whole estate once and keeps it queryable — the same engine, with a memory.

See PDF to Markdown if you run this for data and platform teams, or the extraction API if you are building it in.
