Questions about Wire Transfer Confirmation Extractor.

Which wire fields does the extractor read?

The confirmation or transaction reference number, the document and creation date-time, the transfer amount and currency, the requested execution date and value (settlement) date, the transfer status, and the payer and payee names and addresses.

Are the bank routing details captured?

Yes. The payer IBAN and BIC and the originating bank name and SWIFT code, the payee IBAN and BIC and the receiving bank name and SWIFT code, the end-to-end id, and the structured creditor reference all come back as their own fields for straight-through reconciliation.

Does it handle a batch of transactions?

The number of transactions and the total amount (control sum) are read, and the wire transactions table returns one row per transaction with its transaction id, end-to-end id, transfer amount, currency, beneficiary name and IBAN, value date, and status.

How does it help reconcile against invoices?

The paid invoices table returns each settled invoice with its number, date, due-payable amount, remitted amount, structured creditor reference, and end-to-end id, and the fees, exchange rate, and a fee breakdown table are captured too. The field set follows the ISO 20022 pain.001 and remt.001 message definitions.

What are the file limits and privacy terms?

PDF only, up to 10MB and 100 pages. The confirmation is processed via the Talonic API for extraction, is not retained for training, and is not shared.

Doing this to one file, or to ten thousand?

The tool reads a single document. The platform reads the whole estate once and keeps it queryable — the same engine, with a memory.

See invoice data extraction if you run this for finance and AP teams, or the extraction API if you are building it in.
